Each group is responsible for bringing their own tent, table, chairs, electrical cords, etc. Vendor booths will be open from 9am-3pm. Vendors may set up as early as they would like but their vehicles MUST be moved from the vendor zone between 8:30am - 3pm. All participants are expected to adhere to all rules and regulations set forth by the Festival committee
